We provide service and sales support to the Dorset area, and in addition to providing service support to our own customers, we also carry out both “in” and “out of warranty” repair work for other National Service Contractors / Manufacturers.

 
BRAND SERVICE AGENTS

We are trusted Service agents for our region for the following brands: Beko, Blomberg, Bosch, Miele, Neff and Siemens and as such we are able to carry out repairs during the relevant manufacturer’s Warranty period.

Beyond the manufacturer warranty period we are happy to take service calls and arrange appointments with one of our fully trained service engineers.

We are NOT Gas Safe registered, and are therefore unable to repair or service gas appliances. We can however; make local recommendations for Contractors for gas appliance installations.

We recommend contacting the Appliance Manufacturer to obtain information concerning any local, affiliated Engineers for Gas repairs.


EXPERIENCED & MANUFACTURER TRAINED SERVICE ENGINEERS

Our Service engineers are all Manufacturer trained and attend regular refresher courses to ensure that they are kept up to date with the latest products, technologies and diagnostic test equipment.

Our engineers are happy to attend your property and repair your appliance in situ. We specialise in Miele and Bosch repairs and our experienced engineers pride themselves with excellent customer service and this is at the heart of our business.   

If preferred, Domestic appliances can be brought in to our store for our engineers to repair at our on-site workshop.

Our store in Dorchester offers both small appliance and Vacuum repairs - this typically takes 7-10 days turnaround and a loan appliance may be available.  Please enquire in store for further details about this service.
